Rick Richard announces his six point plan to improve the job market in the Rock County/Whitewater area.

“I was born and raised in southern Wisconsin and am grateful for the opportunity to raise my own children here. As a candidate for state senate, I want to work to help others have access to the same opportunities that my family has had as residents of Wisconsin. With a focus on sound tax policy and increased government accountability, we can bring jobs back to south-central Wisconsin. Wisconsin needa a better business climate, and as a state senator, private sector jobs will be my number one priority."
